| General: I'm a 27 year old Ojibwe/German artist based in Sudbury, Ontario. I am currently attending Laurentian University's 4-year Psychology program with a second specialization in Zoology, my goal here is to ulitimatly be able to work in an area of animal behaviour. I have been drawing for about as long as I can remember but I really discovered my 'niche' of were-things and cartoon-like renderings when I was about 13, though I was into drawing animals since I was very young. I had always wanted to try my hand at photography and finally got my chance in 2005 when I attended Cambrian College for Fine Arts/Graphic Design. There I had the chance to attend a photography course and through generous funding was able to purchase a Canon Rebel XT. Though I am fairly new to the photography world I try to take the best shots that I can and I always have fun with it. Sign: Libra, Chinese zodiac Rooster, Native zodiac Raven Interests: Most of my interests are based around anything to do with nature, be it animals, camping, or just taking a stroll through the woods. I also love to find random inspiration for my art or photography wherever I can and I tend to gather a lot from various types of books. Likes: Most of my likes center around animals, nature, outdoor activities (though I do need to get out more), and of course Japanese food. One of my big passions though is reading and you can find almost any type of book in my hand from horror to my animal photo-reference. Also, one of my guilty pleasures is video games like Final Fantasy, God of War series, The Guitar Heros and Rockbands,Okami, etc. Dislikes: I have few dislikes that I can think of, mostly not having a piece work out the way that I had envisioned it...and mustard beans. Favorite Books: I like a lot of nature books(which I own tons of) for info and reference in drawing, any good(not cheesy) horror or fiction, biographies, the occult, but I'd have to say my favorite thing to read is National Geographic. Favorite Music: I love pretty much any type of music out there especially anything tribal sounding. Some of my favorite Bands are Dead Can Dance, Dave Matthews Band, Agents of Oblivion, The Doors, NIN, Pearl Jam, David Bowie, and Our Lady Peace among others. Favorite Movies: A few are Clockwork Orange, LOTR, Snatch, Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, Clay Pigons, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Reservoir Dogs, Hidalgo, Princess Mononke, Pan's Labyrinth, Across the Universe, and The Devil's Rejects are just some of many Pets: Stryder(Siamese/Ragdoll) and Beo(Ball Python pronounced Bayoh).
